Creates 90 degree notches in pipe or tube fast and efficiently. Simply enter the pipe or tube into the corresponding hole and pull down the handle. Punches tube from the inside down, creating one half of the 90 degree notch. Rotate tube 180 degrees and repeat to complete the notch. Ideal for fabricators of fences, gates, frames.
